Forms called SURVEY were dynamically created with different questions from Generic Question Bank.
for each survey 50-1100 forms were being entered.
on daily basis 5-20 data entry operators were entering about 100-1000 forms
On other hand Different admins were looking for different dynamic reports.
I developed this, maintained up coming changes, deployment and patches on rackspace cloud server.
